These Terms & Conditions apply to the Arena District Property Information Messaging program operated by The Russel Moore Company, a Texas licensed real estate brokerage (TREC Lic. No. 375272-B), doing business as Arena District ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

The Russel Moore Company, d/b/a Arena District, markets a 156-acre commercial real estate development in Hidalgo, Texas owned by Lepovitz Properties LP. This messaging program sends property information packets, follow-up communications, appointment reminders, and development updates to prospects who inquire about available commercial lots by calling our business phone number or submitting a website form.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive 1–4 text messages per inquiry over a 14-day period. Recurring messages may be sent for follow-up purposes and property updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
